My Future

YOUR Next Hospitality & Event Coordinator

From the moment I first watched Formula 1, I was captivated. Attending my first Grand Prix in Montreal solidified my passion, and since then, I’ve never missed a live race—even waking up at 4 AM to witness Oscar Piastri’s second victory in Baku. It was in Montreal that I had my ‘aha’ moment: working in Formula 1 would be my ultimate career goal.

While mainstream American sports revolve around football, soccer, baseball, and basketball, no sport compares to the complexity and teamwork of Formula 1.  Success depends on more than just the driver—it’s a collective effort of engineers, strategists, and an entire team working seamlessly together. My background as a barista, bartender, and retail and office manager has refined my ability to foster meaningful relationships and build strong communities.

I aspire to bring that same sense of community to Formula 1, particularly in championing the role of women in motorsports. With the rise of F1 Academy and an inspiring new generation of women entering the industry, I am eager to contribute to the sport’s inclusivity and inspire future generations of young girls. My dream is not to watch from the sidelines, but to cross the finish line as a valued member of a team that recognizes my dedication and believes in my potential.
